We deal primarily with Business Immigration by assisting clients in obtaining temporary work visas; preparing and filing Employment Based and Family Based Immigrant petitions; aiding Lawful Permanent Residents (LPRs) in attaining Naturalization; and ensuring compliance with Immigration laws by conducting internal audits for businesses in all industry sectors. We represent employers in the following industries: Information Technology, Telecommunications, Biotechnology, Healthcare, Business and Finance, Scientific Research & Development, Pharmaceutical Companies, Engineering, Architecture, Secondary and Higher Education, Construction, Manufacturing, the Retail Industry, and various other Service Industries. Because U.S. immigration law is federal in nature (i.e., no State or provincial law is involved), our firm provides U.S. immigration law services to clients anywhere in the United States and around the world.
In addition we offer several localized services to businesses located in and residents of the State of Maryland. We represent clients in the practice areas of: Estate Planning, Business Law, Contract Law and Collaborative Law. Our Estate Planning practice works exclusively with individuals to develop an impressive estate plan that nurtures the individual, protects the family, and takes advantage of tax savings. Individual estate plans may vary depending on the particular individual and situation. We offer the following services: preparation of Trust and Will documents, drafting Durable Power of Attorney documents and Health Care Advance Directives, and assisting parties with the creation of their Premarital/Prenuptial Agreements and Post-Marital/Separation Agreements.
For Maryland Businesses, we offer several transactional and start-up services including: business formation, contract review, business compliance, ongoing business operations assistance and advice, conflict avoidance, and risk management. For the extremely busy business owner, we can assist with the development and drafting of various essential documents.
